Are you for or against a time tracker for tracking working hours?
Much has been said about the time tracker for tracking working hours. Some say that this is a convenient software, because the program allows you to automate processes in the company. Others are against it because they want more freedom. What do you think about this? Share your experience, opinion or ideas.

There was a post about this a month or 2 ago, I'm all about it. Most seemed against it.
There are some reasons why I'm not too fond of time tracking.
1. Time tracking does not work. Just because you have a time tracker installed on your computer doesn't mean you are not getting time off the clock.
2. Time tracking does nothing to help your employees work harder. When a time tracker is installed, I have yet to see a shift in employee morale.
3. Time tracking takes an emotional toll on your employees. It can cause employees to cut corners and give less quality work.
