I think every year I am more and more close to my dream job. I mean I get more and more pleasure and satisfaction from what I'm doing.

No, I am not doing what I wanted to do! I wanted to be a microbiologist or zoologist, but fate led me into marketing and the IT field. However, this job is also very satisfying for me because I do enjoy it.
As a founder, definitely my dream job. I don't think it's possible to build a successful company unless your heart is 100% in it.

I'm using this job as a stepping stone, learning valuable skills and gaining experience. I dream of starting my own web design agency, and I'm already checking out some IT talents.
