It seems that AppSumo is also a great platform that can provide a lot of exposure to products.
Has anyone launched on this platform? Any marketing tips?
Hey,
We launched on AppSumo this spring. Here is our advice:
Prepare for Intense Support Demands
Anticipate a high volume of customer inquiries and feedback. Setting up comprehensive FAQs, knowledge bases, and preparing your support team for increased activity is crucial.
Develop a Clear Promotion Plan
AppSumo manages most marketing aspects, but supplementing their efforts with your promotions on social media and other channels can enhance visibility and sales.
Manage Reviews Effectively
Encourage customers to leave reviews, as they significantly impact the perception and success of your deal. Address negative reviews constructively and seek to resolve any issues raised by customers.

@shirley9606 if you launching on DealMirror, the profit will be less than on AppSumo which at the rate of 50-50. However, as you participate in running exclusive deal on DealMirror platform then you will be able to get in-front of clients easier. I choose DealMirror because AppSumo does not accept any WhatsApp products relevance.
I've launched on AppSumo. Here are some tips:
- find LTD communities on Facebook and run promotions with them, that helps (Ken Moo is one of the most active ones).
- Try to get the first 7-10 reviews. Pitch to friends, everywhere, but get those. Then it's gonna go well.
We considered it but ended up going with PH due to limited resources. Maybe someday once we have more "premium" features we might considering launching there. Plus, the community is so much nicer here :P
@atik_hossain PH is great, but those are different things, you may launch at PH and on AppSumo as well. And you don't have to have many features in product to launch on AppSumo.
