Any last-minute advice for our new product launch?
We are launching tomorrow. As the hour is coming closer, it's a mix of excitement and anxiety. Any last-minute advice from the experts?

One piece of advice, fight to the end! The result may change even after the end of the day.
It's a 24-hour marathon. I would advise you to divide your efforts and intensity into three groups.
First, you have your starting point just when your product is out; then you need to start sharing about your launch on all channels you have. Also, notify people about your launch so you have that initial push.
The second time you need to push extra hard is in the middle of the day, a few hours after the launch. This second wave is the perfect time to visit all Product Hunt groups.
And the third most important push is only an hour or two before your launch is over. This one I only learned after I failed to do it.
The Product Hunt algorithm is a super weird thing, and it also works based on the upvotes per hour, meaning the product that gets the most upvotes in an hour wins. So, save your resources also for the last few hours and push super hard. I hope this helps.

Basis the previous launches I have done with my team, and from observing other launches, here's some last-minute advice:
π Double-check all technical aspects to ensure smooth user experience.
π Engage with your community and remind them of the launch time.
π Stay calm and be ready to adapt. Not everything will go as planned, and that's okay.
π Collect feedback actively post-launch and prioritize fixes.
π Celebrate the small wins along the way and just have fun! [Super important]
