Any good video editing tool suggestions for marketing purposes? 👀

I'm looking for a video editing tool that comes with the following features: screen recording with audio and video of the presenter, trimming, cropping, fading in and out, copyright-free audio and video, adding background layers, and most importantly, dynamic zooms.
