Not a big fan of waitlists once the cat is out of the bag :D
This is what i am planning to do once we are through with the launch of @knit-api
1. Try and talk to all users who sign up either on call or email to understand their use cases
2. Make sure we have a note of everything that comes a surprise to dig deeper later (market segments/product features/use cases)
There's more but this is where I am planning to start
@knit@guravus Recording everything! So an impressive tip!! I missed it!ππππππ
Thank you so much! and I clicked 'Notify me' on your product! haha
Congrats in advance! And please let hit me up on the day! Would love to support you!π

Make a massive effort to TALK TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO BOUGHT IT.
If you are only able to ask them one question, ask:
"What β if anything β made you almost NOT decide to buy?"
β£
Definitely talk with folks and get product feedback from them -> And then continue to build on the momentum of the launch with other news in the days/weeks that follow before people forget about you
@adam_alpert3@amrutha_v Definitely! I'm preparing the question for the interview, but wow everything is not easy! hahaπ Thanks for your ideas!πππ
Thanks @joy_eom for your ask. It is so close to us, because it's been just 6 days since we made our launch - https://www.producthunt.com/post... and we made it to 3rd product of the day.
Below are the things we are doing now as we speak:
- Sending personalized emails to whoever supported during the launch.
- Writing welcome email to people who have signed up for the product.
- After three days, send again an email with help doc for the product, adding a note to ask for a call anytime if needed.
- We're also planning to set up webinar to who signed up for the product - To understand their suggestions and feedback for the product.
Our Founder @arvind_shanmugasundaram1 has written an article on How we became top 3rd product of the day and why we couldn't clinch the number one rank. - https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/h...
I hope that will be useful and relevant to you. Cheers
