I like to ask if they will get in touch with me if they have question or complain regarding the product. Or will they just abandon the product instead of getting in touch.
when recuiting technical people, I usually ask them to explain something like I'm a 5-year old. It's not about the technical aspect I'm interested in but looking more into if they would be a good cultural fit
