Empathy and Time Management.

⏱ time management and the ability to prioritize effectively

The ability to be scrappy! You gotta be able to work with what you get. I believe the PM is responsible to fill in the holes. Whether it may be technical or not.

They have to understand their workforce. Getting along with the team, knowing their skills and understanding their different pros and cons. Also filling out the gaps. That's one of the most important things.
