Question to CEOs: How do you answer the questions asked by your followers?

Questions as in: Not necessarily regarding your product, in general, technical/business/lifestyle etc. I am specifically interested in knowing this because, as we all know asking questions is important - questions whose answers are best acquired through experience. Unlike more general questions that can be searched on the Internet, there's a category of very specific questions that are best to be asked directly to those who are experienced.
