I would strongly recommend EngageBay It is a powerful, yet easy to use contact and communications management solution and the helpdesk, ticketing and live chat features manage communication and support very efficiently.

At PPC Ad Editor, we use Intercom and Zendesk to communicate with our clients, as well as Zoom.

At Clockk we use Intercom. It's worked really nicely for us!
