how can brands contact influencers more efficiently

hi PH community, it seems hard for brands to contact influencers on social media platforms such as insta and tiktok as many dont have email address listed out. DM is doable, but just wondering any other more efficient approaches to contact influencers brands would like to work with?

I have the same question. The email response rates are pretty discouraging and there has to be a better way. Should incentivization be the main focus? If so, should that be monetary or some type exclusivity structure (like first beta access).
