How COVID-19 crisis have already changed the way we work?

In my opinion there is few that already changed forever: - Companies will provide more freedom to their people to work from wherever they think it is better, when they needed. - 9 to 5 working hours is dead. - Talent can be everywhere, without need to relocation - Real work-life balance is possible when no commuting and no tight schedule to work is needed.

Good question. Personally I have had to adjust my approach to productivity because of working from home. Before, I would focus for 2-3 hours at a time, completing multiple big tasks. Then I would take a 10 minute break. Right now, I focus on completing small individual tasks 5-15 minutes long. I take a quick break and its on to the next 5-15 minutes!
