How do you come up with content for your products?

While making Curatemails we are facing this dilemma about content on landing page. We got some feedbacks that the information was not relevant to the product we are making. We are trying to tweak the content and make it as relevant as possible. Which leaves me with this question, how to come up with content that is self-explanatory to the users. Try to explain your product to people from different fields who have never had any contact with it before. Get their feedback. Often other ways of seeing and thinking bring new ideas.

Simplify how curatemails gives the ability to use email signatures as a marketing tool. As I understand it, the signature is some kind of copy that has a CTA and that's how it is a marketing tool.
