A little less than two years ago, we set out to build a new kind of workforce planning and analytics platform. After long careers in companies both large and small, we realized that as managers, we were constantly being asked to do the same things over and over again when it came to workforce planning, and most of it revolved around org charts.
There was simply no good way to visualize the organization and plan out increases in hiring or reductions in force - everything is done in spreadsheets. There had to be a better way.

I love this! it's actually live working in the distance! I had a couple questions though, for example, how do you do your predictions? and with who do you integrate? Meaning what platforms can be unified with Gemini

As far as integration options, we have literally hundreds of API connectors available - everything from HRIS to payroll systems. We've done integrations with source systems like Workday, ADP, UKG/Ultimate, Greenhouse, Adaptive Insights, and many more. In some cases, customers use Gemini as their people data system of record, and that's just fine, but in most cases, Gemini acts as a "system of engagement", with one or more integrated systems remaining the source of truth for the data. We pull data from the source system and aggregate/normalize it.
Predictions are done using algorithms we've written based on common problems that organizations may face and don't even realize. Benchmark data for industries or market segments can also be used to compare customer data with peer companies. Think, "Customers that look like yours typically have marketing departments structured like X, while yours looks like Y. You might consider the following".
