After Amazon rated my iPhone 5 trade-in much lower than I thought, I decided to give Gazelle a shot. The shipping process was painless.

With Gazelle, you receive less than fair market value (look to eBay), but you have a better transaction experience. Interesting tradeoffs.

@michael_mclean yeah, I'm willing to sacrifice some of the value for someone else to handle the hassle of reselling my phone. Basically I'm triaging the value of my time versus theirs and I can make more money doing other things than trying to find a buyer for my phone.
