I am not really sure I would give a fair treatment to someone building a male-only/female-only business group. It's definitely a bad business practice and definitely show some close mindedness as well as the low capacity to evolve/adapt in an environment.
Empowering women is a good thing, but let's be honest, submerging them into a female-only entrepreneurship culture is NOT going to make them great leaders.

@soueuls I'm a woman in lots of women-only networks and they have been extremely helpful for me, they have helped me build my confidence, find great mentors and learn new skills. So in my personal experience I have found them extremely valuable and they have helped my career in tangible ways.
@abadesi Well, I am glad they helped you a lot. I was just emphasizing the fact that I don't consider this trend particularly healthy and would definitely not hire anyone buying into this trend.
I consider business and networking being a mix between technical and social skills, and anyone feeling the need to cut himself/herself from 50% in order to strive clearly shows a lack of the latter.
