Fundrise for iOS — Low-fee real estate investing, built for you.

I've been using Fundrise for over a year now. Primarily on the desktop. I've been waiting for an app to come out, and am happy with the recent release. It enables me to stay on top of my investments and keep a watchful eye on the bottom line.

Long awaited mobile access for the platform. Very pleased with interface and ability to see all the parts of my portfolio

This is great! I've been using the beta for about a month or so — really polished app, and Fundrise provides a surprising amount of detail into each investment. I've been investing in Fundrise since 2016, pretty happy so far!

Great platform. Have been using it for almost a year now and have made good money but know it's a long term investment. One small thing I'd add is maybe a way to invite friends to join like most new apps have. Maybe offer a small reward for referring a friend once they make their first investment with fundrise? Could be a good incentive and it's an easy way for me to share fundrise with my friends

maybe add the "since you last logged in" feature from the website into the app, otherwise love it

I recommend this for someone looking to invest in real estate beyond their own home.

Pros:

Access to an investment class typically reserved for the super rich and powerful.

Cons:

Not as liquid, but the risk is low and returns are high.

My only concern is that their mobile website worked fantastically and they may be better off putting valuable resources elsewhere.

I love Fundrise in general and the app is really clean and works great.

Cons:

I'm nervous about them putting resources to (frankly unnecessary) mobile apps with the same or less functionality as the web.

The app is a great, convenient partner to the already-beautifully designed full web page. I’ve been with Fundrise just over a year, and am very happy with them rounding out my overall portfolio. The transparency they provide into the underlying holdings really shows their commitment to their investors.

Seamless look & feel compared to the full website. Easy access to latest updates, portfolio mix, and performance data.

I only wish that the iOS app had come out sooner.

All I want from an app like this is to work when I want to check my account, show me what’s in my account, and show me how I’ve done over some time period. Check, check, and check.

Very easy to use. I wish i had the feature where you can calculate the expected return based on how much fund you add, within the app. That feature really helped me adjust my monthly contribution in the website.

Essentially a crowd-funding approach, Fundrise is an exciting way to invest in real estate without having to borrow/buy/manage property.

Cons:

I'd love an in-app chat function, even if it wasn't immediate.

This is the future of real estate investing. Fundrise is constantly sending out updates about all of your investments. The app lays everything out in an easy to follow intuitive UI.

The Fundrise app allows me to see exactly what projects I’m investing in and how they are performing.
