Hey everyone! I’m the CEO and co-founder of Front. We’ve spent the last 6 months rebuilding Front from the ground up, and I’m thrilled to finally share it with you! Our biggest investment was completely rewriting the app in React for faster performance, a more modern design, and a strong foundation for new features in the future. We also rebuilt the core workflows of Front to make collaborating on shared conversations simpler — emails, SMS texts, social media messages, and more. Now, every user has their own personal workspace for handling Front messages, a clear view into who’s involved in each conversation, and a natively integrated calendar for staying on top of meetings and calls. We’ve also expanded Front’s rules engine to enable more powerful workflows using AND/OR conditions and rules sequences that are easier to maintain when processes change. Hey @collinmathilde! Congrats on the launch 😃 Front is a brilliant product, we enjoyed it for several months and this new version looks amazing. The only downside we found with it is the pricing, for what we needed we were paying $45 per month while with Spark Mail we went down to $23.97 per month, (and now I'm not part of the agency I was with and back down to just me, I can use it for free). I'm not saying you should simply reduce your pricing to compete, but have you considered a free plan for people like me that like your product but can't justify the additional costs? And would you consider a lower pricing offer for small teams that want less functionality? If it helps, the features we needed were: - Shared/group email for internal discussions around email - Shared drafts - Our support chat messages to go into a separate inbox/channel - Tagging - Integration with Slack & Twitter Again, we were a customer for months and really did love the product, congrats on the launch and keep up the great work.

@collinmathilde No problem at all, like I say it's not that I didn't see the value in Front, but that I couldn't justify the additional cost for the features we used. But I appreciate that every team is different and I know there's a ton of people that will get everything out of Front. Hopefully will see you again, yes :)

@collinmathilde @de Very true indeed, for me I find FrontApp very useful even for a one man band, with barely only email ticket handling features and tagging and probably limited rules as well as 2-3 integrations, which you'll need to pay for 2+ users in order to have it... could've been better, nevertheless Front is a great productivity app

So many cool new features in this version! Congrats on launching @collinmathilde and the Front team 👏 The kind of tools I want to use even if I don't need it yet :) Having everything in one place means fewer tools so less context switching, helping focus and Deep Work 👍 More and more companies are now switching to React with lots of benefits (I was talking with one this afternoon) Good to see Front do the same

I've been using Front (on desktop) as my primary email app to manage personal + 10+ shared inboxes for over a year. Much of our company is on it too. It's been great to see it mature into a real enterprise player.

I had a very negative exchange with Julie from the growth team. Things to know: Front offer 75% discount to start-ups. It's even visible in their website: https://frontapp.com/startups When I requested the discount, I got rejected because we are not incubated.

We use this at our company - find it so efficient to share emails don't have to forward them and can just tag people in the mail instead. You can also have multiple inboxes in the app, so you aren't wasting half your time switching through tabs. 10/10 would recommend esp for collaborative team work

I have to say, I love this update from Front. The design is slick and the workflows are either the same as before, or a whole lot better. Super intuitive and easy to use. Well done.
