Freshdesk Mint is an overhaul of our product experience, and we've rebuilt our product from ground-up. It's engineered to ensure a faster, more intuitive customer support experience for businesses and their customers by simplifying customer interactions for agents and enabling faster issue resolution.
I highly encourage you to click on the "Switch to the Mint experience" button in your Freshdesk helpdesk to try out what we've built.

Hi @ravindranarvind, I'm already using Freshdesk but I can't see the option to switch. Has it not rolled out to everyone yet?

@ravindranarvind Hi. What's new? I tried it a couple of years ago and found the features to be pretty limited and now we are on intercom trialing that.
