Hi all! 👋 Freshdesk Academy for Customer Service is a collection of short, quickly consumable videos organized around topics such as writing good emails, say no to customers, and more. We built it for both, the newbies who need to learn the skills from scratch and for the experienced custserv enthusiasts who want a quick refresher about the basics. The courses here were inspired by 50+ interviews we conducted with customer support teams from companies like Moz, Buffer, Trello and Product Hunt.
In addition to the courses about customer service skills, the Academy also has interactive product courses that train learners on the Freshdesk product.

And where's the best place to start if appraoching this course as someone with experience?

@abadesi We didn't want to release courses with hours of content because most people don't have the time for that. So we broke the content down into short 5 minutes videos. We have released a couple of videos right now. And new videos will be added every other Thursday. You can enroll now and watch the existing videos. We'll notify you whenever new content is available. Like I mentioned, for someone with experience like you, the courses will serve as a refresher for the basics. :)
