The employee development process is pretty broken. Most processes just go through the motions, as it is seen as something we "have to do". It is no surprise that employee engagement is down as well as buy-in. In my career, I became exhausted with top-down feedback from managers who I never really worked with. While their perspective has a level of value, the people around me could see my blind spots. I needed their perspective as well. This tool is focused on turning that culture around. It's time to start caring enough about people that we implement tools and processes that actually bring value to them. Forward is about getting the feedback we need to get better at what we do.
