Congratulations on the launch guys!! This seems to be pretty extensive and simplified at the same time. I like the fact that you’ve simplified it on the basis of certifications, integrations and reviews which are the top parameters for us to judge.

Congratulations on the launch ?makers Had a quick look at the directory. Would like to understand the criteria used to include products here. Not seeing tools like Zendesk in Customer Support or GA in Web analytics.

On the criteria used: we spoke to 100s of CSMs and based on their usage, we created first cut of popular products they use and understood what they value.
Next, we did our own research on the alternatives of these popular products to create a comparison matrix.
We also opened up applications within various communities and ecosystem for CS SaaS products to submit their listings.
We intend to keep this directory as a living product and will be constantly updating it as we learn more about CS teams - we do have a 'submit your tool' option on the product for the same purpose.
Zendesk was actually added under another category, we have updated to include CS too. GA has been added too, thanks for that tip!
