Seems like it adds a newline to the end of the emoji when you copy it. I wish it didn't do that. Makes it harder to do this 💃💃💃💃💃💃💃
Back in November, I posted Flashlight, a plugin system for Spotlight. Product Hunt liked it. Now there are a ton of plugins, and this is one of the coolest. Mark Bachman wrote a plugin to search emoji from spotlight — it's probably the fastest way to type emoji on a Mac today.
I created Flashlight, the Spotlight plugin platform this is based on. I've written a bunch of plugins for it, but I find myself using this plugin from Marc Bachman more than any of the others. It's incredibly 🆒 being able to insert emoji anywhere, just by bringing up Spotlight and searching.

Just so you know, though, the Flashlight download page is currently taking me to a Github 404 (https://github.com/nate-parrott/...). From the releases page on Github, it looks like there isn't a v0.96.2 yet..
