I have been using Firmbee since it appeared on ProductHunt and I am pleasantly surprised by the development of this product!

All necessary solutions in one place❗ I can keep a list of all my recruitment processes, job offers, candidates and contractors, track my HR budget, and plan every HR project on Kanban boards. I also often use the automatic candidate suggestions. I do not have to manually review applications anymore - the system does it for me. This makes the whole process more efficient. 📈

As a Marketing Specialist at Firmbee I'm amazed by the social listening that the development team is doing here. Firmbee is such a great tool! It lets me organize my entire work. I really like the to-do list feature as it helps me stay organized and makes me more effective. I also love the kanban board since it provides me with a clear view of the status of tasks and projects.

As an SEO specialist, I optimize, build positions and analyze visibility of firmbee.com in Google. Recently, I've also had the opportunity to use the HR options and learn in practice all the possibilities that the ATS offers. From creating job ads to selecting the best candidates. The online recruitment process went smoothly - and we managed to hire two great specialists to the team :)

The appointment tool is my favourite! 🌟 Maybe because I was the one who worked on it 😉 . 🫱🫲 With this functionality, I will set up a live or online meeting with as many people as I want! 🕒 I choose the times that suit me, and each participant can choose their options from this pool. 🗓️ The system takes into account the busy time on participants' calendars. This way I know when I can schedule a meeting - how long it needs to be so that it doesn't interfere with my 💼🎣⚽ and participants' commitments 🖥️ 🚴. And then there's the display system! ✨ ❌ ✅ In one panel I have a view of who can come to a meeting and who can't. 🐝 -> 🗓️ I can see who has marked a specific meeting date, so as an organizer I can choose the best time. If you have to organise a meeting and you want as many people to attend as possible, use Firmbee! 🐝🐝🐝
