We're excited to announce the public release of Open Benchmarks for Instagram Analytics! Here's a little more info...
Growing an Instagram account is really tough. Especially, when you're unsure where your time is best spent in order to grow your account.
Open Benchmarks is a free tool that combines the live data of 40k+ Instagram accounts. You can explore this dataset to uncover the areas you’re already succeeding in and highlight other places that could use some extra love and attention to help your account grow.
It's also a great place to visit if you notice a drop in a key metric (such as engagement rate) as you'll be able to see if it's something that's just affecting you, or if it's a more widespread problem that's affecting other Instagram users.
This is V1, and we plan on making improvements to this over the next few weeks - we'd love to hear any feedback you might have on how we could be helping more of the community with this tool.

@samkingftw It looks interesting. In the initial stages of developing an Instagram brand account, Flick can be very useful. You did well because it's hard to make a good product with a user-friendly interface. You've definitely created a reason for social media discussion in other forums as well. I've noticed a pattern among bloggers. Those with a truly engaged audience don't have millions of views. Such bloggers don't even pay attention to how engaged their audience is, or so I see. As for analytics, it would be great to see with it how to act on certain metrics
I'd love to try this out. I can see you can't sign up without a credit card though. I'd like to try it out before asking my boss for approval to use the company card. Is this at all possible?

However, our main service, https://flick.tech, does indeed require a credit card to trial it. There is a 7 day free trial which you can cancel anytime. At the moment we have not implemented a no card version of our sign up flow.
