Great product! I love the idea of making feedback a conversation rather than just a one-way street. It makes it much more interactive and engaging for both the sender and receiver. Keep up the good work!

As I understand the issue is added to Trello/GitHub automatically. Could the ticket be created only when the admin approves it?

Today I’m very excited to share the launch of Feedbakk.io!
Inspiration for Feedbakk.io comes from two places. As an indie developer, I usually had plenty of ideas, but needed a sustainable, engaging, frictionless way to learn what my users actually need. Or what they think about the product.
As a user myself, the best experience I had, was when I could reach out to devs and strike up a conversation. I usually got the support or the features I needed, but I also felt invested in their success - hey, they’ve built something for me!
Enter Feedbakk.io, a lightweight way to build together with your users. Just add our widget to your website, localise it to get better engagement, and start talking with your users.
What’s next for Feedbakk.io?
Feedbakk.io is launching with two integrations - Trello and Github. No one wants a new tool for their backlog, if you’re already using one, right? So the feedback, feature requests and issues can be automatically synced to the tool you’re using. We’ll keep adding more apps to sync your feedback to, as the demand comes.
And also, with your users talking to you, we’re thinking of adding sentiment analysis to the mix. To have an overall sense of how the users feel towards the product, how the sentiment changes over time, and also, how the sentiment of each conversation progresses.
