We were just huddling up on Zoom preparing for the release of the next feature set for Hellonext when @rowemore pinged us that we are on Product Hunt. The moment we saw that, our Zoom calls went crazy. We were jumping up and down. This is insane.
A few years ago we were on Product Hunt for a platform called Evolvr (https://www.producthunt.com/post...). We were too early to the market and iterated the idea till we arrived at Hellonext.

@alesas Absolutely. Almost all the options that are in Hellonext are customizable. We believe that community moderation tools are essential in a platform like Hellonext. So you will find this option under your Basic settings in Admin Dashboard. :)
Found this when looking for Tailwind stuff on Github. Ran into the Kutty components library, then discovered the same agency made this product "Hellonext" β good software.
We've been using Hellonext for a few months now and have been really impressed with the product and team.
Originally started using them because they were the most lightweight way to setup feedback collection (feature requests + bug tracking) from our users, while also providing a sense of community for users to interact with each other.
We continue to use them because of dedicated they are to listening to our feedback on what they're platform can do better, and their speed to implement! π

Hi folks, congratulation on the product. I found it quite interesting. Just one suggestion: a small video (animated or otherwise) on how to get started might be useful. For someone like me who is new to product management in general, I found it a little complex and couldn't wrap my head around this instant. (in case most experienced PMs get it then feel free to ignore this)

@naimil_shah That's a great suggestion Shah. In fact, it was only today that we figured out the best way to do screen casting and create tutorial videos. Should be with you in the next few days. :)
I track my user and I keep their privacy. It's an anonymous tracking :) IMO it's crucial to track your website if you want to know how your users are using it :)
Karthik how do you monitor your website if you don't use tracking? Only by feedback?
