Hey PH community! I'm super excited to be hunting Fabrie Imagine, a whiteboard with ControlNet that makes it way easier for designers to render sketches in an iterative workflow. As the founder of EarlyBird (http://earlybird.im/), a landing page builder, I've been following Fabrie since day one. It's now the go-to workspace for all our design projects and helps us communicate our ideas to the team with ease. It has seriously been a game changer for us! Having everything (all our iterations, output from AI, and design thinking) on a whiteboard and being able to visualize it is really awesome. One thing that really surprises me is the speed at which the Fabrie team iterates and releases new features. I heard that Fabrie Imagine is just the beginning, and there's some GPT magic coming in a couple of weeks. Let's get the discussion going! Feel free to share your thoughts and feedback below.

Congrats, keep it up!

Hey, I'm curious about the pricing for Fabrie Imagine. Do you have any plan on that?
Gavin Luo
@jared_loven Great question! Our pricing plan will be ready by the end of September. It will be a freemium membership plan based on usage. Until then, you can continue using our service for free. :)
Jared Lo
I just realized that the best part about it is that it already includes various other cool AI features, all rolled into one package
Dabo Chen
@jared_loven Yes we do, we've been adding a number of AI features into the tool already. Fabrie Imagine is one of the main module. All the others are designed to enhance design workflows as well.
Jared Lo
I've been following Fabrie for a while now, and I'm really excited to see the launch of Fabrie Imagine. This is a powerful tool that has the potential to revolutionize the way designers work.
Dabo Chen
@jared_loven I'm glad you did, hope it does the job for you!
Jared Lo
I'm looking forward to seeing how Fabrie Imagine is used by designers in the future. I'm sure that it will have a positive impact on the design industry.

Hi hunters and makers! I'm Dabo, founder and CEO of Fabrie.com. Thanks to @luobaishun for hunting us. We're launching Fabrie Imagine, our first AI plug-in for Fabrie. It's built on Stable Diffusion and ControlNet, bringing advanced AI tools to a collaborative whiteboard. As an industrial designer with years of experience, I've spent countless hours using Rhino and Keyshot to explore ideas in the early stages of my designs. Creating complex shapes and details through 3D modeling and concept sketches is time-consuming and not always practical for concept exploration. To address this issue, we developed Fabrie Imagineโ€”a user-friendly front-end that harnesses the power of ControlNet. It quickly transforms sketches into renderings, significantly speeding up concept exploration. This tool is designed for both beginners and experienced users, providing a seamless experience with its advanced features. Fabrie Imagine is built on top of a collaborative whiteboard, this combination of generative AI tools and an infinite canvas provides a comprehensive visualization of the entire exploration process while giving designers full control over the design direction. It is made for: ๐ŸŽฎ Industrial design ๐Ÿ‘— Fashion design ๐Ÿ  Interior & architecture ๐ŸŽจ Graphic designs Here is what it can do: ๐ŸŒต Turn sketches into design variations in seconds. ๐Ÿ’ Five base models for different visual styles. ๐Ÿ“’ Supports LoRa models to add custom flavors to your designs. ๐ŸŽฎ 3 input modes, start with sketches, 3D models or images. ๐Ÿ–ฑ๏ธ Upscale, remove background with just one click. Why a collaborative whiteboard makes it much better ๐ŸŽจ Generated images can be spread out for further iterations. ๐Ÿ”˜ Share prompts and sketches visually. โœ๏ธ Simple pencil tool to help modify sketches. Also ๐Ÿ‘‹ No install, no graphics card needed, no need to setup your own server. Fabrie Imagine is currently in beta and free to use. Sign up now and give it a try. We are excited to hear your feedback from the PH community! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to askโ€”I'll be here to assist you.

If you're wondering what's the difference between Fabrie and Miro/FigJam....... Fabrie is specifically made for all design and creative projects, including Industrial, Fashion, Graphic, Interior and Game design! We have fine-tuned our AI to meet the needs of designers and creative workers. In other words ๐Ÿ‘‰ AI Native ๐Ÿ‘‰ Designer First
@luobaishun @chendabo It's like having an infinite playground where ideas can run wild, and the whole design process can be visualized. It's like having a bird's eye view of the creative journey, which is super cool! Congrats!

I want to know if we can accurately control every step of the design with our AI tool. After all, sometimes it doesn't turn out quite as expected and it really takes time to train the model. @luobaishun @chendabo
Dabo Chen
@luobaishun @jole_heden Yes, that's a great question. As a designer myself, I tend to plan my iteration of design based on a series of steps. For the beginning it might be just about the shape, then to the color and to the materials. So if I were to use Fabrie Imagine for my steps, this is what I would be focusing on, and it also helps that you can use weights in the prompt by saying (red strip:1.2) to increase its influence

As a tech entrepreneur (building REimagineHome.ai), I'm always on the lookout for new tools that can help me brainstorm and iterate on my ideas. I've tried a lot of different tools, but Fabrie is by far my favorite. Here are a few reasons why I love Fabrie: - It's super intuitive. Even if you're not familiar with AI models, you'll be able to use Fabrie right away. The interface is clean and well-organized, and the controls are easy to understand. ๐Ÿ’ก - It's collaborative. You can easily share your designs with others and get feedback in real time. ๐Ÿ‘ฅ - It has an infinite canvas. This means you can brainstorm and iterate on your ideas without worrying about running out of space. ๐Ÿ“ I'm excited to see how Fabrie develops in the future. I've also tried Playground.ai, which is a similar tool. But I find Fabrie to be more intuitive and collaborative. If you're looking for a powerful AI-powered design tool that can help you brainstorm and iterate on your ideas, I highly recommend Fabrie.
Dabo Chen
@akhilesh_majumdar Thank you for the detailed feedback! Glad that you like how we approached the problem!

@mukki_ Thank you !!
Dan Mindru
very cool! I'm impressed - and the UI is quite cool too! It's very clever how you can mix styles and select their "weight" in the rendered image. Congrats on the launch! ๐ŸŽ‰
Sheldon_alternative
@dan_mindru thanks, don't hesitate if you've got any suggestions or feedbacks, that's what we're here for!
Dabo Chen
@dan_mindru Glad that made sense to you!! Was trying to balance the complexity as we want to make it appeal to both new users and experienced SD+CN users

Cheers on launching Fabrie Imagine! It's great to see AI and design come together in such a seamless way. Wishing you all the success and can't wait to see the magic that's coming up with GPT. Keep it up! ๐Ÿš€
Sheldon_alternative
@yuaanlin thanks, let us know when your product is ready for launch!
Dabo Chen
@yuaanlin the gpt features are live now, you should be able to see an icon on the bottom left corner of the whiteboard. It comes with a number of features on top of generating plain text. I use it to help me with prompts for Fabrie Imagine. lol
Nick from FirstHR
Love it, my congrats on the launch!
Dabo Chen
@nickanisimov Thank you Nick!!

Nice app, combining AI and whiteboard is wonderful idea
Ryan Hoover
I'm continually impressed by AI tools like this, and ControlNet in general
Dabo Chen
@rrhoover Thanks Ryan, the evolution of AI tools is inevitable, not only speeding things up, but also change how we think and create, I believe that we are only scratching the surface now. To be part of that shift, we will be launching a few more products in the near future, looking forward to your support!
Gavin Luo
@rrhoover Thank you Ryan! Your support means a lot to us.
