Quick question, will you be integrating with Gmail? I find the Hubspot integration very helpful for tracking emails, open rates and templates.

@dan_robins Thanks for the upvote. Currently, we are not tracking the 1 on 1 emails & open rates. However, for the email campaign (broadcasting purposes) we do track open rates, bounce rates, etc.

🚀 We’re delighted to launch today on Product Hunt and thank you, @kevin, for hunting us!
Dec 2021, we made a huge decision that would affect our entire product architecture and all existing features as we needed a better way to maintain the smooth operation of all our functionality, so we went back to starting everything from scratch and redesigned the product architecture & UX from the ground up for the XOS 1.0 launch. We’re about to launch our XOS v 1.0, the biggest news to announce.
XOS is what we do now
We started erxes with the mission of making marketing technology accessible for all companies at any stage, including the ones in their early days.
Though due to marketing being inextricably linked to other aspects of business such as finance, core operations, and human resources, we’ve ended up expanding our business scope to include many additional features and improvements that are non-marketing upon the request of our clients. We now have EXM (employee experience management), PXM (product experience management), and delivery, which goes on and on…
This is why, today, you can not fully define erxes as marketing software anymore. It is now an experience operating system.
Bootstrap enterprise-focused OS project to community-driven one
We chose to be an open-source software since day one as our goal was to make marketing technology accessible for everyone, though both our product and focus were not heading that way. Because we’ve been bootstrapping as we had to work extra hard to prove that we’re the right choice to receive the fund to support our work from investors after +58 enterprise clients, +60 new features, +480 Active SaaS signups, and +1M installs, +$2.8M raised in the pre-seed round, we began to realize it was time to focus on the community.

Marketplace
We’re also super excited to release our Marketplace, where you can learn about all of the plugins erxes provides, as well as place your plugins and earn income from the sales.
Plugins are features that can work independently to fulfill the particular purpose of enterprises/developers, such as sales pipeline, delivery, etc. We have 30+ plugins on our marketplace right now, and more plugins will be added daily.
You can also develop your plugins to place them in the Marketplace. So, that can increase the source of your revenue.
Updated Website
Since many major changes are occurring within erxes almost entirely, our product and development team went back from start to re-designing our website and presenting a new way of defining ourselves.
The redesigned website gives you a more precise look and feel but is also structured to be more informative and user-friendlier than before. We’re still working on our Plugin tutorials, User guide, and Developer docs, and we hope you will help us make it better.

Can you clarify pricing....amazing free amount (and then the next alternative is Enterprise), but the table below refers to $5 and I am guessing there must be add-on pricing.....can you share more details?

We provides three different packages for our clients, which include:
- A self-hosted version that is suitable for SaaS providers or enterprises operating in highly regulated industries, like insurance, mobile network providers, banking and etc. As it is self-hosted, you must ensure you and your organization have a skilled DevOps person/team to look after the server to maintain the smooth operation of your erxes operating system daily. As an erxes user, you can choose between using the Community Edition, which is entirely free, or paid plan of the Enterprise Edition.
- SaaS version that is suitable for small to medium enterprises who want to leave all their tech-related work to us and only focus on your main operation that is non-technical. Pricing is super simple in that you can get access to erxes for free and use it as long as you want as an individual. Then as your business grows, you can only pay for what you need, rather than having a bunch of junk within the package.
- An infrastructure version is for is the best choice for starting a platform business. You can white-label the design or change every line of code to make it work for you, and this is where you can leverage erxes core plugins, components, and enterprise features to power your entire platform business that includes some of the very specific, high-level paid plugins.
As long as you can deliver al the installation & configuration by yourself, it's completely free!

If you were starting a digital marketing agency or SaaS provider, what advice would you have for others who are looking to use erxes XOS?
Hey 🙋🏻♀️ @ramandeep_ramarayane, that is a really good question. There are not many agencies that fully start benefitting from erxes yet, I believe. So, if you're starting now, you have a better chance of getting the most out of it before everyone else joins and start planting some of the limitations in the agency plan.
Secondly, it's a teamwork, just like any other successful work, it requires a lot of your hard work, you can only save some time developing a tool like erxes by partnering with us.
