Hi @kyrylosilin, thank you for your question, chatbot can help businesses to automate some of basic, but frequently asked questions to be answered automatically. Especially during holiday and non-working hours, it can be great help! when customers can find the answers to their questions on KB on the chat can be also very useful for companies have fewer support people.
