As a marketer who's typically always had to rely on other teams (that always have higher-priority work to do) when it comes to dashboards and reports, I can't say enough how stoked I am to have Dashboards in Equals. Here's an example...when we launched the waitlist for Dashboards a few weeks back, I was able to spin up a dashboard that showed me a live count of how many people had signed up, including who they were, plus traffic to our landing page – in minutes. Yes, minutes. By myself. And I was able to send it to our #marketing team's channel in Slack every day. Automatically. Literally game-changing. It truly is business intelligence, but dead easy.

Wow the automations here look like huge time savers and would just remove a ton of the busy work from keeping track of core metrics. Congrats on the launch! How do you handle privacy of the datasets themselves?

Over the past 10+ years prior to joining Equals I mostly designed tools to get you out of spreadsheet. Super excited to bring both worlds together by combining the flexibility of a spreadsheet with ability to create beautiful dashboards directly inside of it. There's unlimited ways to create your own dashboards, all with the power of spreadsheet connected to live data. This Product Hunt launch was everywhere on my Twitter and LinkedIn. Had to drop by and give it an upvote. Talk about blowing past my frequency capping, to a point where it actually works! Congrats guys. How does this differ from Mixpanel? I can recreate what Matt is discussing in just a few minutes too. We've already set Mixpanel up, so I'm not looking to switch, but I'm always eager to understand what's new in the market! Also, maybe there's an issue on the landing page where it says "Here are a few dashboards we prepared earlier." Big launch, go team Equals!

As an engineer I'm always looking for ways to turn repeated actions into an automated, streamlined processes. Dashboards has "closed the loop" here at Equals for me. I already could connect live to Github to pull in issues to see how we're tracking week to week, or keep on top of our data storage utilization. Now, those models can be cleanly displayed in a dashboard, and delivered right to me every week. It's so incredible to have a quick, programmable way to gain insights into the data I care about.

When I first found out about Equals, I was spending hours daily downloading billing information, support metrics, and user activity events from all kinds of different places to stitch it together in a spreadsheet. All before I could move from insights to action. Today, I'm just as excited about what we're creating (maybe even a little more). Not only are analyses easy to build, but they're also simple to share. Stack cells, tables, and charts like Legos. If words aren't your thing, have AI whip up the takeaways. When getting your data is a pain, you make less data-driven decisions. At Equals, everyone in the company has a daily pulse into what the numbers say about our business. It helps us stay on track and motivated. Don't waste time working around your tools -- get tools that work for you. 🤜 🤛

Spreadsheets can be confounding. It's great to have a product like yours to bring thsi antiquated process into the modern age.
