Have had Kona on the radar for a while. Slack updates is the most easy to understand people analytics format for HR people. This way you'll get the insights you actually need... not a bunch of crazy dashboards :)

My team and I have been lucky enough to use Kona for a while already and I've been really impressed by how helpful it is! Not only do I get a 'vibe check' on my team, I really get deep insights that help me provide—and receive—support to greatest effect. I love how it fits cleanly within my current day-to-day workflow. No big gear shifting between HR mode and regular work mode. A really helpful platform!
