Great idea! Would love to see some NLP dedicated to analyze 1:1s with supervisors, managers, etc. Some important topics are not discussed via Slack or chats, and many times you may hear toxic tone of voice during calls.
@arshakyan_armen Thank you. Yes, you are absolutely right. Unfortunately the 1:1s are almost done offline, but if they are taken over Zoom, soon we will have Zoom integration too and we'll be able to cover those too!

It's great to see such an idea executed. Usually, it's down to a people manager to detect and prevent conflicts and monitor the overall atmosphere. It was easier before the all-the-way-remote work style as one could see the team in person,
