Hey everyone, I came up with Exchange after studying economic development, startup development, and the startup financing stack over the last nine months. My conclusion was a thesis that states a way to level the playing field for overlooked founders and communities, when compared to larger startup hubs, was to supply expert talent instead of capital in exchange for equity. Whereas cash can only be allocated once (which is why less than 2% of startups get VC funding), time and expertise can be allocated multiple times.
