I've used this product for a while at my previous company and I loved it. Emburse makes it extremely easy to use and manage your "allowance", while also giving you and the accounting department a full control when it comes to tracking spending and filing taxes. Today they've officially launched their API, which allows anyone to build offerings on top of their cards, which is very smart. Now anyone who is say familiar with food trucks can build a product specifically designed for those folks, and so on for every industry. Very smart!
