We’re excited to say that’s now a reality. With the release of elevio hub, we’ve created a platform where your whole team can collaborate to make sure your docs are up to date, accurate, and as detailed as they need to be. The magic happens with our engine (advisor) always checking over your help content and how your users are finding and interacting with it (or not), to serve up suggestions to you on how, where, and why to improve certain content. @duellsy congrats on the launch! This looks amazing and nice to see a product that puts emphasis on the content creation, which seems like an after thought to many other products in your space. Our product (Redash) is both SaaS and open source, and we want our community to be able to edit and contribute to our documentation. I wonder if such workflow is somehow possible with Hub? I know you have sync functionality, but is it two-way or one-way only?

@arikfr thanks 🙌 Our main goal was to make sure that we did all the heavy lifting to make it easy to keep your user education in top shape, since it's all too easy to leave that update to "another day" 😉 Currently, the sync is one-way, but we *just* also released our content API, so I'm sure there's something we can do here... let's chat!
