To be honest, getting a good amount of traffic to a new job site is very challenging. But since your site is providing a turn-key solution (sourcing, screening, international employment, etc.), you have already outranked others products in this niche. Your landing page is cool. Be ready for massive spam since you provided a "Message" box at the bottom. How are you getting the developers on board? Can't find that link anywhere.
