Very nice Team Duuoo. I have been using the 1-on-1 tool for a few years and indeed I believe that my 1-on-1's with my employees have become a lot more structured, relevant and insight-full. Your questions have really helped to open up the conversation and bring out topics that we otherwise would not have covered. Regarding the OKRs - will I be able to score the development and thereby also get an overview of to what extent we are reaching our agreements?

@simonsylvest Thanks Simon! Our new Team Goals allow those users that are responsible for the goal to set a score for both the 'progress' and the 'energy' of the goal, using emojis, on a scale from poor to ok to good. This makes it easier to see how the goal is progressing at a quick glance, without diving deeper into the specific tasks. And of course you can always get a quick overview of which goals have been completed and which are still outstanding by filtering on the goal dashboard. We also have plans to add a rating system with more nuance to give even more options in this regard.

We've compiled an extensive bank of Talking Points that each come along with Follow-up Questions and Insights, categorized into different themes. Duuoo will suggest specific Talking Points for your meetings depending on several factors i.e. type of meeting, what you've discussed in the past, etc. You can also always write your own of course, and companies can create their own Talking Point banks to share with their teams.

@sarah_christine_gill Thanks Sarah! So there's two sides to this. All of our Talking Points come along with Insights: 1-on-1 Talking Points come with Manager Insights that will help the manager understand the purpose of the question and the methodology behind it, and team meeting Talking Points come with Team Insights that all team members can see. These will give more context to the question and describe best practice. All of this content has been written by experts and practitioners in the respective field, whether it by i/o psychology, change management, agile methodology, etc. So that's on the discussion side. Then on the analytics and tracking side, because they're having all these discussions in Duuoo, we can show users and teams a comprehensive timeline of all their meetings, all their activity and more. We're also looking into using sentiment analysis and NPL to do some really cool stuff in the future.

After that, if you'd like to continue on to a paid subscription, you'll get the 20% discount applied to the monthly subscription cost for 12 months. In regards to feedback, if a user gets feedback from one of their colleagues (whether it was requested or given to them unsolicited), then their manager will be able to see the feedback they receive, and in fact, it will be automatically brought into the next 1-on-1 they have together in order to close the feedback loop and make sure it's addressed.

@sarahmarionzeus Hi Sara, thanks for your kind words and good question. We've designed Duuoo with a 'preparation' phase and 'meeting' phase in mind. So once the meeting is scheduled, all the participants will have access to the agenda and can prepare their notes. Once it's time to start the conversation, whether it's a 1-on-1 or a team meeting, users will be brought to a separate meeting environment that will take them through the agenda, item by item, and give them chance to follow up on upon goals, look at recent feedback and of course, set new goals and actions.

The goals you set during a meeting, whether individual goals during a 1-on-1 or team goals during a team meeting, can be viewed and updated at any time by those who are contributing to it and will then be brought back into all the subsequent meetings for follow-up, until they are completed.

I like the idea of this product. 1-on-1-meetings are so important for feeling connected to a workplace and the different project teams. But it can be difficult to start conversations about certain topics. Guiding such conversations using talking points provided by different experts seems like a really good approach. I would like to try it out.
