Drag Team is the best way to Share your Inbox in Gmail, in Trello-like boards. Share company emails like sales@ and your own email like john@ right from inside Gmail.

Drag allows teams to create shared boards right from inside their inbox, eliminating the extra steps of navigating to multiple apps to organize their day.

Really excited to see Drag's release for team usage. Looking forward to try it out as well as spread the word with my co-workers so they can also simplify their email experience :)
Duda Bardavid
Hey @diskevich thanks for the support we will love to help you and your team be more productive at work :)
Nick Timms
Hey everyone, Nick here from DragApp.com. Help Desk tools work for big companies, but small companies look for simpler alternatives. Drag for Teams is a Shared Inbox allowing teams to manage shared accounts such as support@ or sales@, right inside Gmail, in Trello-like boards. We think that email is broken. We also think that using third-party Help Desk tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk or Groove is not needed if you’re a small company. (Rocket) Drag turns Gmail into an organized, shared inbox instantly. We're officially launching Drag Team on Product Hunt today! (Rocket) We have 30,000 users and some super-cool companies such as Uber, AirBnB, Spotify and Netflix to make their inbox awesome. Now it's time to share Drag Team with everyone :) I'd love your feedback on Drag Team. We've made it a more powerful experience where you can: »Share emails like support@ and sales@ with your team Manage a shared email account like support@ and sales@ from inside Gmail. Delegate emails, add and keep track of tasks with your team. »Turn your inbox into personal boards Turn your inbox into multiple lists (we call them boards), in seconds. Create customized lists and organize your inbox by drag ‘n’ drop. »Turn your inbox into shared boards Work with your team to reach inbox zero inside a shared inbox. With Drag you can set up your team to see and reply to inbound emails and get things closed, faster. We have a really active community also and here's our 12-month Product Roadmap: trello.com/b/41FGtlod/drag-public-roadmap We're here all day to answer questions so please let us know! Thanks Nick

@nptimms the Drag team has done a great job of making a Kanban style tool that feels native to Gmail while adding useful functionality for individual users and small teams alike
Duda Bardavid

I’ve been using Drag from the start and their new Drag Team opens up even more possibilities for more efficient project and team productivity.

Pros:

Nick and his team are awesome!

Constant improvements and upgrades to features

Makes Gmail work harder for me

Cons:

None really — though sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all the features and finding time to play with them.

Duda Bardavid
Hey @dontheideaguy thank you so much for the review, we really love what we are doing so very excited to offer more and more features and productivity for you and your team :)

I was used to create a lot of directories before to use Drag, and now I'm able to have a clear process and all my workflow into Gmail without pain ^^ Awesome Product!!!

Pros:

Very easy to use and really great to handle messages on the flow

Cons:

Since Drag 2.0 all the lack I expected are fixed now :) So make a try! It really worth it!

Duda Bardavid
@webtikinfo glad to hear that! :) Thank you so much for the review

It's a miracle. But at the moment I can not use this product, why? 1. It does not support Cyrillic (although some of the letters are displayed correctly) 2. I have the mail divided into "Primary", "Promotions", "Updates", and when you connect Drag, then the letters from all the tabs drop in To Do. Is Drag have any filters for this? I like the idea of this product and I look forward to using this product.
Nick Timms
@mrykin_pavel haha, a miracle is an awesome description! I believe @dudabardavid1 is speaking with you on how / when this will be in place for you :)
Duda Bardavid
Hey @mrykin_pavel yeah I remember your case with Cyrillic, bear with us as this will be supported soon :) About your second point, this is easy: Drag is synchronized with your Primary inbox, which means that if you enable the Gmail tabs (Social, Promotions, etc), those emails will go to separate tabs in Gmail and thus won't load into Drag. If you are receiving them in Drag there is definitely something wrong and I can check on it, is this your case? Looking forward to having you in the team as well :) thanks
Mrykin Pavel
@dudabardavid1 yes, is my case :( Can the emails be separate at the moment they come? If they are already in the mailbox and are broken up into groups, then they merge into To Do?
Duda Bardavid
@mrykin_pavel yes they definitely can be separate. Please email me at duda@dragapp.com and let's schedule a screen sharing session to check on it!

Having a visual display of what's coming at me is helpful.

Pros:

Kanban style is visually appealing and easy to adapt

Cons:

A helpful tool but not a panacea for overscheduled people

Duda Bardavid
Hey @miggon thanks for the review, glad to hear you like Drag! Challenge accepted to become a panacea for overscheduled people as well LOL :)
Seth Lugibihl

There is amazing things going on with this product. I have only been using it as an individual user, but I can only imagine how useful this would be in team settings as well!

Pros:

Incredible useful for me to manage all my emails in accordance to priority! Very trello like, and extremely easy to jump into from day one

Cons:

There were some sync issues, but I am pretty sure they have been resolved

Duda Bardavid
Hey @seth_lugibihl, thanks for the review! We are working really hard to refine the tool and you are right that we have amazing things to come :)

I have seen Drag growing as a software, it works so well for me! It does good both personally and professionally.

Pros:

Drag provides an incredible service, and it is so simple to use, straight from your Gmail account.

Cons:

If you're not a Gmail user, this software might not be the best option for you.

Duda Bardavid
Thanks Jose :)

I feel that some of the best designed products are simple. Products can easily get over bloated and over focused on a specific set of tasks and or ways to doing things. Drag is a simple tool that does not make you format your process to the way it works. You format it to work the way you want it to. Because of this it can work great for many different people in many different situations/roles etc. I've been using Drag for quite a while and love it! Saves so much time being able to organize my emails and notes and turn them into project tasks. I've found that it is has been helpful equally for larger projects as well as day to day task requests that come in. Saves me loads of time! I have used the Teams portion a bit and love it so far. For me the teams version is a perfect application for managing the day to day tasks with others. Instead of having to delegate requests that come in, others in the team can just jump in and work on requests. Negatives: I've seen some bugs and UX issues come and go (fairly minor) but it's a fairly new and growing product so I have been ok with this, assuming that it will only get better, which it keeps doing on a fairly frequent basis. Thanks Drag!
Duda Bardavid
@aaron_payne thank you so much for such a personal and detailed review! Users like you motivate us to keep building the best product we can :) Bear with us as we make Drag better and better for you!
Art Golombek
This has been a great experience working within the "new" email inbox as the team at Drag has grown the capabilities of the extension. The great feature that I see about Drag Team is that it allows you to define your own team as you grow. Boards are the new task lists. Email disruption is good.
Roland Trimmel

Afaik, a lot of people use their inbox as some sort of task manager. So, being able to use Drag which sits directly in your inbox makes prioritization of these tasks much easier. It's very useful, because you can lay out stuff into different columns .. which is the preferred method for many task managers.

Pros:

Simple and easy, with no need to leave your inbox

Cons:

Haven't found any yet

Duda Bardavid
Thanks, @roland_trimmel! Happy to make you more productive :) If you need anything just give us a shout!
Aaron Paul Gapud

It boosts productivity by introducing a clean setup for my emails and provides an effective avenue for me to contact my fellow workers. I'd surely recommend this.

Pros:

Straightforward, yet comprehensive.

Cons:

It loads just a bit slower with our internet connection

Nick Timms
Hey Aaron, love that you describe it as 'comprehensive'. We have tried to keep simple, but, it's nice to understand that it's serving a range of your needs. What are you using for? i.e. marketing/sales/help desk etc? Always great to hear use cases.
Duda Bardavid
Hey Aaron thank you so much for the review and recommendation. We are working really hard to make all of our cons disappear soon :) Anything you need just let us know, thanks
Aaron Paul Gapud
@nptimms Mostly, I use Drag for the subscriptions I've made. But it also functions sooo nicely when it comes to contacting with my co-speakers, for it has these categories and boards, and so forth. <3
Nick Timms
@aaron_paul_31 Ah this is cool to hear. Never had anyone mention they manage subscriptions with it! Awesome.
Aaron Paul Gapud
@nptimms Anyways, can I ask what the differences are with the free and the premium one? (I'm using the free Drag)
Allen Krasna
when it was just "Trello in Inbox" I played with it but was not sold. Now if I can share files in my inbox - it really has more value to me
Nick Timms
@akrasna thanks for considering us again :) It's really a transformed tool now in terms of collaboration with team. However, I fully acknowledge that we have a very long way to go! Appreciate the time to review again. The big value for us is the 'chat' on emails also. Have you tried?
Angel0

Really excited to see Drag's release for team usage. Looking forward to try it out as well as spread the word with my co-workers so they can also simplify their email experience :)

Pros:

Great

Cons:

Duda Bardavid
Hey @ngelin0 really excited to make your team more productive as well, thanks for the review :)
Pierre Girardot

These people cares about making the best product and listen to their user base. Drag team is already a good product but I'm confident that it's on his way to be excellent.

It's also looking much better with that new design ;)

Pros:

Easy to use, no learning curve, affordable, great support

Cons:

Lack maybe an integrations with your favorite app but that's surely on it's way

Nick Timms
Hey Pieere, thanks so much! Really appreciate the personal comment and time to comment on the Customer Support side of the business! (a part that is generally overlooked on a product-based business!)
Chenyze

I'm a huge fan of the Kanban approach, so I was quite thrilled to discover Drag. I've been trying it on and off since 2017, I'm quite pleased that one of my main gripes - that emails took very long to load and update - has been fixed. It's really much sleeker now, and smoother to use.

I like the idea of having comments/tasks at the side for a given email. I work alone as a freelancer, and I think this feature will come in useful when I just want to keep a consolidated list of feedback/discussion alongside a client brief.

My only other issue is that there's no Android app yet. I don't always bring my laptop out with me, which means I don't get to benefit from the full Kanban-style experience - drag-and-drop between columns, or visually seeing my email board - if I'm on my phone. The suggested workaround is to label emails with the Drag's labels but I use labels heavily, so it's a drag for me to scroll to the required labels. Might be okay for someone else without hundreds of labels, but it's one of the few things holding me back.

Pros:

- Kanban-style columns

- Drag-and-drop interface

- Comments/tasks to individual emails

- A public roadmap of upcoming features

Cons:

- No Android app

- No way to provide my own email subject line to make things clearer

Duda Bardavid
Hey Chenyze, so good to hear that your experience with Drag has been improving. Good news is that your two cons points are coming soon :) Thanks
Tsoo

Nick Timms

Pros:

Cons:

bugs have popped up in the dev lifecycle, none major that i've seen. always get addressed in the next release.

Duda Bardavid
Hey Dan, so good to hear that! Thanks for the review and all bugs will be gone soon :)
Todd Luker

Lacks the column integration with user created labels, not a con but a request!

Pros:

Amazingly productive!

Cons:

Lacks the column integration with user created labels, not a con but a request!

Duda Bardavid
Hey @rsbthebest thanks for your review, this is one of the next ones in our Todo list :)
