We do offer suggestions! More to do here, but here’s an example from just one JD:
AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT
No mention of health insurance
No mention of the company's time off policy
Not clear on industry-specific experience
No clarity on level of expertise expected

Benchmarking against other JD’s is a great idea! We’d love to hear the PH community’s feedback and if there’s interest we can expand on it. Sounds great, Since it helps in improving Jd's for companies how abut adding a feature that help candidates improve their job duties as well, since I have seen a lot of people struggle with that too.

This was so fun to work on!
