We designed doola Bookkeeping to simplify the entire bookkeeping and tax process, and we do offer integrations with various financial platforms like payroll providers and merchant services. Currently, we handle most of the bookkeeping internally, but we’re always exploring ways to integrate with other tools to make the process even smoother. If you’re using specific accounting software, feel free to share, and we’ll see how we can help.

@lxfater we were quite surprised to find that not many companies actually support non-US residents with their US tax filing needs. We think this is a huge opportunity as there are many founders who actually live outside the US who run or operate a US business or want to expand to the US. And we're glad to support them.

It's hard to trust new financial and book keeping products. Sticking to Xero and others for now. I have to admit, as a woman, the name "doola" is pretty terrible, and evokes child birth imagery. Pretty weird for a finance company. Will keep my eye on your progress though. Be nice to see some new vendors break through.

@kyrylosilin Hey, I'm reading this as a tool that allows you to put in certain inputs and actually project going forward. We allow you to historically look back and slice and dice by time period, certain transactions (cash in, cash out) and net profit. @egor_wynn Hey, great question and thank you for the kind words. Our design team would love to hear that it's clean and simple to use. That's one of our guiding principles.
Regarding expansion to other markets, right now we are hands full with the US and we only support USD as a currency. However, we do support founders in over 175 countries. So, I think it's a matter of when, not if, we're able to support additional countries and currencies (either via integration with other partners or doola-ing it in-house).

Great launch. @arjunmahadevan One improvement I’d love to see is more automation features in the platform itself. Maybe things like automated expense tracking or seamless integration with payroll services. It would add even more value for business owners who prefer minimal manual input while still receiving expert support. Keep up the awesome work.

We already integrate with payroll services like Gusto and automate a lot of the manual work behind the scenes, but we’re working on making this even more seamless. Your suggestion for automated expense tracking is spot on, and it’s something we’ll keep in mind as we continue to build out the platform.
