@nickschwab @esspow Nick and Sean, appreciate the feedback and thanks for checking us out! One thing that is unique about us is we don't do any booking on our platform, just aggregation and curation of the flights from across different sources. To save customers time and money. Our number one goal is finding opportunities that are great for our users, but ultimately booking takes place in other areas...ex. Momondo. That being said, we couldn't have a perineum for free until booking your first trip... but I do think it would work great for a traditional commission based travel company with a premium option. We currently take the CC's for a number of reasons, including: Abuse prevention, streamlined trial process post signup, bot prevention, etc. I do think in a perfect world the free trial without inputing CC would be awesome but unfortunately there are some bad apples :( ...Thank you both for checking us out though and thank you for taking your time to share your thoughts.
Tried it, gave my credit card a couple of years ago.
Cancelling last year was a hassle, forgot about it.
Got charged again this year (my mistake should have learned from experience).
Went to cancel, managed to figure out how to do.
Heres the kicker, if you cancel before your subscription ends.
You lose all access to the service thats been already paid for.
The service is ok but as a Canadian didnt really work for me.
The billing experience on the other hand is very predatory.
@shamraizgul Hi Samraiz, Appreciate the feedback here and sorry you had some friction with canceling your membership. Predatory is not what we're shooting for! Would love to know how we can make the experience of handling your membership status easier. We put the ability to cancel your membership (or pause for 6 months due to covid) in your account settings in the platform. This is pretty much universal for all online memberships so thought that was ideal. Additionally our FAQ's in all the emails, website, etc. give instructions on canceling as well. We assumed this was adequate, but if you have ideas on making it less frustrating or confusing...would love to hear them! Also, we've made a lot of improvements on the data automation side of our solution so Canadians are getting much higher volume and variety of deals now! Let me know if you'd ever love to come back and give it a try again. We'd love to have you back.

@nickprokesch Sorry you had issues canceling your trial. Did you log back into the dashboard and go to your account settings? You can cancel your trial or pause your account directly from the dashboard.

2020 was a crazy year for all of us in the travel industry. We're looking forward to a better 2021!
Dollar Flight Club has been around for almost 4 years and helps over 1 million members travel cheaper and smarter. Over the past year, we have focused on improving our product and made an effort to help members book future trips on airlines with flexible change policies.
There has never been a better time to book future trips at a huge discount for late 2021 or even next year. You can always cancel or push your trip.
The travel industry changed in 2020:

- Deals are abundant
- Airlines are much lenient when it comes to refunds, changes, etc...

@nickschwab Completely agree - if the service works as well as it claims, I will give you all my credit cards. As someone who flies once a month, this would be invaluable to me - but I just don't trust you enough to give you my credit card yet.
