DockFix’s major update sounds fantastic! The reworked custom dock with enhanced stability and new customization options is exactly what I’ve been looking for to tailor my macOS workflow. Being able to replace the native dock with something more flexible will definitely streamline how I use my computer. The onboarding/UI is buttery-smooth & super clean. Currently testing with the free trial, but this is - by far - the best dock utility I've used in a bit. If you haven't yet, definitely "promote" (but don't promote so you're not blocked) this on subreddits like r/macapps - I think they'd love it.

@justin_rockmore I am already doing some promotion on Reddit, primarily in the r/macapps subreddit like you suggested. I'm also glad that you appreciate this app! I've spent a ton of time working on the app, ensuring it works great, and I will definitely continue working on it and improving it.

Hey congrats on the launch! I tried the custom dock, but when the the show/hide was enabled I found it was a bit janky, flickering in and out and moving around a bit. And I can't see a way of using it without auto show/hide on because I have a bunch of UI I need to use at the bottom of the screen, e.g. the actions at the bottom of my IDE. It is promising though, good work! 🚀

Apple has lost a bit of its polish with the departure of Jony Ive (while also loosening up in good ways), so it's great to see this app to help optimize the dock. Looking forward to trying it out.
