EU Cookie Law stroked hard. As a web developer, I was forced to search for a Cookie Consent solution for my Django websites because it was legally required if you wanted to save functionality, performance, or marketing cookies. This regulation was a Status Quo reinforcer, and we, as developers, had to adapt to the new rules. Existing solutions where you embed a widget from somebody's website required recurring payments, and the styling usually was out of another planet. Open-source Django apps were half-baked or didn't comply with all GDPR rules. So I developed a unique solution for my web projects, enabling seamless style adaptation, flexible customization, and the possibility to effortlessly replicate cookie configuration across projects.
