Good product market fit, but can they scale ?

Awesomesauce, I can sort of start to live with the idea that this is free for people in the US though (you need your privacy way more than the rest of the world. But the only shipping option being "Priority Mail International (6 to 10 business days) $43.14" for a pack of 50 cards for which I pay $10? Isn't there another option?
