Hey! I relocated to the UK years ago. In the first days, I struggled to memorize new words and phrases. Existing solutions did not work for me—they required additional resources or useless manual work. Therefore, I came up with a personal solution that my colleagues and I have used until now. It combines ANKI methodology with the English definitions database. That allows learning new words natively. At the same time, it also supports translations to the selected languages - I'm learning Italian using Dicty right now. I hope you will find it helpful. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
