I used it to create a bunch of clips for a presentation – it was a literally game-changer. Everybody asked me afterwards what tool I used. Great stuff Morten!

The app is so easy to use. Install it and just drag your asset, or even better, plug your iPhone into the macOS, then record real-time screen of your device. I would love to be a long-time user for this app for sure!

Pros:

Ease of use, beautiful built-in lens/animations/device frame. I can create a 3D prototype iOS Commerical Video in a minute!

Cons:

Need to have more device frames other than iPhone

Really beautiful product with excellent utility. I haven't figured out exactly how to play a manual animation by running through all keyframes, and I'm not entirely sure what "Record" is doing.

Design Camera will really help improve explanation of new apps and screenshots in videos that I create. Well worth using if you are a founder or marketing team of a company.

Amazing work @mortenjust! Love how simple and fast the tool is to produce great results – true drag and drop simplicity. This is the style of apps that make the Mac great! I'd love to see support for landscape orientated designs in the record mode, but release few apps are designed for landscape.

A great product to quickly create videos/gifs for design presentation. I've been using After Effects to create videos of my designs since a couple of years. Used tonnes of plugins (like Sketch2AE) to get my designs into AE but it just doesn't work all the time. I usually ended up creating a Flinto and then use that video in AE. A pain!

With DesignCamera, I could import the Sketch designs with a quick shortcut. The layering feature was awesome too. The built-in animation preset looked awesome!

I had a performance problem on my Macbook Pro 2017 but it might have been because of number of apps open at that time.

Highly recommended.

Pros:

High res outputs. Built-in animation presets.

Cons:

Machine slowed down when previewing animation presets.

Cons: Uses Google Analytics, performance issues when launched / Pro: Great concept, stunning output, easy to handle

No problem encountered when this is the first public version. My fellow Designers and I have witnessed the incredible efficiency of this software. This is a huge time saving for equally great results.
