It is a perfect application of using AI, not just for the sake of adding ChatGPT :P.
Efficiency in hiring is one of the top challenges for recruiters globally. I really look forward to how the product will shape up in six months.
Moreover, it would be interesting to understand strategies for disrupting the current practice that's usually adopted, like ATS? Would it be an added layer along with ATS, or are we looking at certain integrations with the ATS player?
