With Dashworks, * Engineering teams ship products faster: search for issues, gather context on changes and fixes, and find related solutions in Dashworks. * Support teams resolve customer issues faster: leverage your entire company’s knowledge to answer customer questions. * Sales teams learn about prospects/customers faster: search across all company tools to find out previous touch points with the customer. About 10 months ago, we first launched Dashworks here on Product Hunt. At that time, we were scared: we barely made any money and had just a handful of early customers who were in love with the product, but we weren’t sure if we were ready to launch publicly. Thousands of new users later, our conviction has steadily grown. It would not have been possible without the feedback & support of the ProductHunt community — thank you for your support. There's a lot that goes under the hood, but to give you a bird's eye view: since Dashworks is able to deeply integrate with all your company's apps, it's able to form an understanding of important information in the organization, and how that information is relevant to various members in the organization. We've seen that none of the individual apps have this breadth of understanding about the structure of information, and Dashworks consistently performs better than any of the alternatives.

@pratyy I was thinking you could offer just universal search for free and then layer on your other features inc. personalisation etc as paid options, could be cool to experiment with at some stage!

How do the integrations with the company's apps work in your experience - presumably everything is set up at a centralised level e.g. through IT department / SSO?
