@irhymeth thank you Arpit! We appreciate that. About the pricing, Carrrot charges for the monthly visitors that go to your website. If you have the bigger number of unique visitors than in the previous month you may change the plan or pay only an extra fee for these extra visitors in addition to your plan payment. b) Reach out to SaaS companies who are hiring for customer support, customer success and product manager. Since they are already hiring for these roles, it means it might be willing to try a product like Carrrot.

What is the main feature that distinguishes you from intercom? Is it the customer journey analytics?
@romanarellano hi Roman, nice to meet you! Customer Journey is one of the features. Carrrot tracks every action - from the "a visitor" stage. You can also build different funnels to see a conversion rate and bottleneck parts.
It's a good option for saas. For customer success and onboarding.
